What does the program look like?

Throughout the school year, the program operates on Tuesday and Thursday after school. Students attend classes of their choice to learn acoustic or bass guitar, keyboard, drums, visual arts, or drama. These sessions are taught by professional instructors. Music and drama students frequently perform for parents, and at special events in schools and in the community. Visual art students have their work exhibited throughout the community at locations such as Station Coffee House, Stir it Up, and Glenhyrst Gardens.

Through AASK, students get hands on experience with music equipment, stage performance, or public exhibitions.
