Nicola Capindale
I taught the vocal class at AASK. I thought this would be a good fit for me because I have been in choirs since I was 7 years old. I wanted to share my love of music with the youth in the program. I also like knitting, photography, baking, and cooking.

I started as a vocal instructor but have since moved to a position of roaming and helping in different classes as is required. For example, I have helped vocal, drum, guitar, band and bass classes.
Some things I enjoy are photography, Tai Chi, darts, archery, music ( playing, guitar, and singing, I have performed vocally three times at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto), computers ( I have obtained the A+ computers technician certification), chess and horse back riding.
If you wish to know more let me know.

Doc Johnson
Prior to joining the AASK program I worked as a travelling musician for ten years and, following that, as a travelling portrait photographer. The result of that job led to the position of General Manager of Photographic Operations of Angel Studios which was the largest family portrait studio in Canada. During this time, I continued to work as a part time musician and entertainer. My entertainment career as a vocalist has led me to become a Roy Orbison tribute artist and the opportunity and privilege of performing at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto on three different occasions. I still continue to entertain whenever possible.
Finally, I am truthfully happy to be a part of the AASK program which gives me the chance to help children of the community learn and improve themselves.
